It's a lifestyle!

The regular monitoring of my blood pressure every month allowed me to be more accountable and conscious of my health opposed to just annual doctor visits. Last year I began to experience a lot of stress and my blood pressure began to fluctuate up and down, mainly up. As I faithfully visited the Blood Pressure Clinic, I was able to have my blood pressure monitored. I began taking the advice of Dr. Vanessa regarding releasing the stress by walking and changing my diet to foods that don't elevate my blood pressure. As I began to walk again and change my diet, releasing the stress by spending more time in prayer and using breathing techniques, I experienced my blood pressure lowering each month as I got it checked at the clinic. For the last five months, my blood pressure has been steadily lowering.
